2. Proper Nutrition - Speaking of natural, another important feature a powerful diet for losing belly fat will have is that it will be based on getting 100% proper nutrition. Contrary to fad dieting, low carb, low fat, low calorie, etc. types of programs are NOT proper nutrition... or even effective for that matter. A good program will be based on the whole point that FOOD IS NOT THE ENEMY! 3. Increase Metabolism - In order to quickly and consistently burn stomach fat, total body fat, and lose a lot of weight fast, your metabolism must be running strong throughout the whole day. The type of diet I went on was primarily based on getting the metabolism elevated to the max. The thing is though, the program should cause this spike in your metabolic rate naturally... such as by simply readjusting your eating patterns. 4. Ease - I'm sure you don't need me to tell you how difficult life is nowadays, so what I recommend you do is to also check to see if the diet is going to be simple to follow. Typically, an easy diet will be one that is based on eating to burn fat, not starving or restricting nutrients. Additionally, there should never be anything you have to order on a monthly basis (prepackaged meals, etc.) as not only will this make it pretty annoying and complicated after awhile, it's also pretty unhealthy (those meals have a lot of sodium in them to keep them fresh during delivery). So, if you want a diet that is going to bring about extraordinary results easily, quickly, consistently, and permanently, then I strongly recommend you search for a diet that is based on those 4 tips above. Once I chose a program that was based on the above criteria, the diet caused me to drop an amazing 67 pounds, I lost my fat belly, and I lost love handles in 4 months... permanently!
