Many women are lacking in some of these essential nutrients from their diets, so eating a small handful of nuts a few times a week can be a great way to get what you need for your body to perform at its peak.

Other Low Fat Snacks

Some other great low fat snacks that are delicious and healthy for you are low fat yogurt. With all the flavors and types that are available, you will have more than enough variety. Rice pudding is another low fat snacks that is rich in calcium and can help you to build strong bones. Two rice cakes that are topped with a little cottage cheese are low fat snacks that can fill you up. Eating low fat snacks and trying to incorporate more healthy foods into your diet doesn�t have to be a bland experience. Use a bit of creativity and you will come up with plenty of ideas for low fat snacks.
